1. Do you really sew the items by yourself? 

Yes. I have posted a video my mom took of me sewing some bowties. Check it out on my Instagram or Facebook.

2. Do you accept donations for the bow ties that you donate to the Animal Shelters?

Yes. I will gladly take fabric, ribbons, elastics, and threads that are in good condition. Please note that these will be used for the benefit of the dogs in the animal shelters. Let's make them feel loved by using good quality materials, like the ones I sell. I'll also tag you on my Instagram and Facebook page as a thank you for the donation.

3. How do I select the right size bandana for my dog?

Measure your dog's collar length with a ruler or tape measure in inches. Reduce by about 2 inches. Then select the closest size to that measurement.

4. How long will it take to get my product once I send in my order?

I have only 5 products at this time for sale. All except for the glitter tags have a 1 day production time frame. This means I get to complete the final product within 24 hours of your order. If you order early enough during the day, I can even ship same day. 

However, the glitter tags takes a bit of time to complete. The tag itself without personalization takes 24 hours. With front personalization, add another 24 hours. Then a 3rd day for the back part.

I use USPS for shipping and I take the First class shipping. So for most products, you'll have it within 3 days. The glitter tags , about a week.
